At ScreenPrintMX, we believe in making the ordering/production process straightforward and hassle-free for the customer. We understand that each custom design is unique, and that’s why we’ve crafted a streamlined process that ensures your vision is brought to life with precision and care.

Full process
Bring your project to life in a few simple steps.
1. Start your order
You can start an order by filling all the detailed fields on our quote form, you can also opt to make a quick order.
2. Provide your design files
In the initial order phase, it is ideal that you share with us your design files so we can properly evaluate your project.
3. Wait for our response
We will try to serve your request in less than 24 hours. In which we will confirm to you things like cost, delivery time etc.
4. Pay the invoice
Once we have evaluated your order request, we will send you an invoice to your email via the payment method of your choice. (This only applies to quote requests)
5. We get to work
We will start by making necessary adjustments to your design (if required) and make product mockups.
6. Review the mockups
Once the designs is definitive, we will send you product mockups for your to carefully review. These mockups confirm things like garment color, sizes, design colors, design size, positioning etc. This is the perfect time to request final adjustments.
7. We finalize your design
Once you give the green light to the mockups, we now prepare all design files to be suitable for production, this is a crucial process for a good result.
8. Production begins!
After everything is approved and setup, we get to work and ensure that everything goes right. Your order now begins production. This is normally the longest step.
9. Final touches & extras
Whether you requested to have custom tags, or individual packaging, we will start working on that right after production ends.
10. Review the final product
After everything is 100% done, we will send you pictures of your finished products before shipping them.
11. We ship your order
We carefully pack your order and proceed to ship it with trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS. Transit time varies from 3 to 5 business days.
